You will assist with pipe handling, safety enforcement, inventory management, and collaboration with foremen to hit daily targets while adapting to Florida weather on diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands-on experience as a Hillman or Pipe Layer Assistant in underground utilities.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Proficiency in manual material handling and basic construction equipment operation.
• Strong teamwork and verbal communication across field operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather at multiple job sites.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle, position, and stage pipes and materials for precise placement.
• Enforce strict jobsite safety standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking, ordering, and reporting materials.
• Collaborate with Pipe Crew Foremen and team members to meet daily goals.
• Maintain open communication with field supervisors regarding progress and needs.
• Resolve real-time operational challenges in the ditch to keep installations running.
