Qualifications

• Experience locating underground utilities is a plus.
• Entry level HIP technician training described (SiteWise/HIP).
• Minimum 1-year tenure in related roles or training substitutions accepted.
• Ability to pass background checks and MVR/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes locate tools and equipment for proper use, storage and upkeep.
• Collect GPS data to map underground utilities (electric, gas, water, telecom).
• Locate and mark natural gas pipelines.
• Map and document collected data; photograph each job site.
• Communicate effectively with supervision, support teams and clients.
