Job summary

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is seeking an Underground Foreman for the Las Vegas Division. You will lead field crews, read blueprints, plan crew schedules, and ensure safe, on-time project execution. Experience with conduit and fiber work, plus CDL A, is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Reads prints and plans crew schedules.
• Leads field crews to meet project goals safely.
• Experience with conduit/fiber placement and pulling work.
• Operates equipment (backhoe, excavator, trencher, plow).
• CDL Class A license is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on various size projects and coordinate crews.
• Ensure accurate timesheets and expense reports.
• Develop work-around procedures to maintain productivity.
• Monitor QA and ensure installations meet specs and standards.
• Enforce safety practices on all crews.
• Coordinate and supervise all project aspects and communications.
• Occasionally perform site surveys for estimates or QA.
