• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years in underground utility construction; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; OSHA knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee daily underground utility crews.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks, allocate resources.
• Monitor progress, manage schedules and budgets.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily progress and incident reports.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
