LeoTerra is seeking dependable Construction Laborers to support underground utility crews in Troutman, NC. The role involves assisting with water, sewer, and storm drain installations, trench work, and material handling in outdoor environments.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to follow directions as part of a crew. Prior construction exposure is a plus; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

• Experience in construction, especially underground utilities, is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with installation of underground water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
• Help with trench preparation, bedding, backfilling, and compaction.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist pipe layers and equipment operators as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and grading.
• Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively.
