Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support our underground utility crews installing water sewer and storm drain systems This position plays a critical role in assisting operators and pipe layers to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently This is a hands on outdoor position ideal for individuals who are motivated reliable and eager to grow in the construction industry

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of underground water sewer and storm drain systems


• Help with trench preparation bedding backfilling and compaction


• Load and unload materials tools and equipment


• Assist pipe layers and equipment operators as directed


• Maintain clean and organized job sites


• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures


• Perform manual labor including digging lifting carrying and grading


• Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required


• Experience in underground utilities is a plus
