Brice Civil Constructors, a proud subsidiary within the Calista Brice family, seeks an Underground Foreman to manage on-site underground utility work in Houston, TX. You will lead the crew, review schedules, allocate resources, and ensure safety standards are followed across projects.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience, and the ability to coordinate with project management and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in civil construction.
• Three years supervising a crew as Foreman or Lead.
• Experience with storm, water, and sanitary utilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Must pass drug, driving, and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Direct underground utilities crew and subcontractors.
• Review schedules and ensure plan adherence.
• Maintain daily logs and project documentation.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
• Ensure safety standards and policy compliance.
• Provide leadership and develop crew members.
• Report progress to project management.
