Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; five years civil construction experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience on construction crews.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Execute work plans and schedules for underground utilities projects.
• Coordinate daily tasks and adjust plans for weather and material delays.
• Provide resources and staffing to meet schedules and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress to management.
• Train and develop crew members and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Promote safe work practices and environmental compliance.
