Highway Construction seeks a field supervisor with road construction and underground utilities experience to oversee daily field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, maintain project schedules, ensure safety compliance, track installed materials, and deliver quality work per standards and specs.

The role collaborates with the Project Manager to provide daily updates on progress, materials, labor productivity, scheduling impacts, safety concerns, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Previous construction supervision experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all daily construction activities and field personnel.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and equipment.
• Plan and organize daily and weekly work activities.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate work sequences to prevent delays and conflicts.
• Identify and resolve field issues promptly to minimize schedule impacts.
