Job summary

National OnDemand, Inc. seeks a field supervisor to oversee underground/utility CATV construction projects across the United States. You will plan, lay out work, coordinate locates, and ensure adherence to plans and specs.

You will lead crews, monitor productivity, and manage safety while tracking progress against schedules. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50%+ are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in construction tech.
• Experience in underground/utility CATV construction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lay out work; coordinate utility locates.
• Inspect work for compliance with plans and specs; identify deficiencies.
• Manage crews to meet or exceed productivity targets.
• Track quantities and monitor progress relative to the schedule.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in subcontractor and in-house production billing.
