Job summary

Congruex is hiring an Equipment Operator in Utah to support underground utility work. You will operate backhoes and tools, survey sites for obstacles, and help load, unload, backfill, and compact trenches with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of backhoe experience, ability to dig around utilities, valid license, DOT medical card, and strong communication and teamwork. This on-site role provides comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years on a backhoe or similar equipment.
• Experience digging around utilities is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card required before driving company vehicle.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and hand/power tools as needed.
• Survey job site for underground obstacles before digging.
• Load, unload, backfill and compact trenches.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
