Job summary

Congruex is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our construction team in Denver, CO. The role demands operating heavy equipment, preparing trucks, and coordinating safety and daily duties on site.

Experience with trenching near utilities and a valid CDL are strongly preferred. The position requires travel to job sites as needed and offers full-time, non-exempt employment with compensation in the stated hourly range.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Micro Trenching Equipment and/or Mini Excavators is strongly desired.
• Experience digging around utilities strongly preferred.
• Active CDL is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares truck and machinery daily (check oil, fueling, greasing, maintenance).
• Organizes inventory and daily prep of truck and machinery.
• Surveys job site for utilities and obstacles before digging.
• Loads and unloads equipment and operates backhoe/excavator.
• Dig trenches adjacent to utilities and ensure safe clearance.
