Job summary

Gulf Coast Underground, LLC is seeking Crew Members for the Mentone, AL area. This role offers paid training, per diem, and company-paid lodging when working out of town, with potential overtime and benefits for safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town for up to five days per week.
• Able to pass DOT physicals and drug screening.
• Able to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing underground infrastructure construction and rehabilitation projects.
• Operate or learn to operate specialized equipment under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and team instructions.
