Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Laborer to support our Telecom Underground team in field operations. You will participate in loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation to install underground telecommunications cabling.

Daily tasks include operating equipment, maintaining work areas, and producing daily reports. The role requires 18+ years, US work authorization, and a HS diploma or equivalent. We value safety and teamwork in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
