Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC seeks a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities include installing underground telecom cabling, operating equipment, maintaining work areas, and reporting daily production. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential; work is performed in all weather conditions, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas
• Clearly communicate with all team members
• Complete daily production reports
• Help with site restoration efforts
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
