Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team to participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

You will install underground telecommunications cabling, operate construction equipment, maintain work areas, and communicate effectively with team members in all weather conditions. On-site training and safety protocols ensure quality work and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
