Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You’ll participate in loading, delivery, digging and equipment operation as part of underground construction.

You’ll install underground telecom cabling, operate equipment, maintain work areas, and complete daily production reports. The role requires reliability, clear communication, and willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation as part of underground construction.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling and operate construction equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas and communicate clearly with team members.
• Complete daily production reports and assist with site restoration.
• Work in all weather conditions and adhere to safety procedures.
