Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment. The role requires safety-minded teamwork and daily reporting.

The job offers weekly pay, PTO and holidays, 401(k) with company match, education reimbursement, and several insurance options. Previous tool and equipment operation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Work in all weather conditions.
