Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a field laborer in Pennsylvania to participate in underground telecom construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and exposure to all phases of the project.

You will work as part of a team, adhere to safety standards, and complete daily production reports. The position requires 18+ and legal authorization to work in the United States; prior tool experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Prefer prior experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
