Lambert's Cable is seeking an entry-level Laborer to support our Telecom Underground team in Girard Township, PA. You will participate in loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation while assisting with underground cabling installations.

The role requires 18+, work authorization in the US, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will work outdoors in various weather, with training and a clear path for growth within a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clear communication with team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
