Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team in a hands-on construction role. You will participate in loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment, while installing underground telecom cabling and maintaining work areas.

You will communicate clearly with teammates, complete daily production reports, and assist with site restoration under various weather conditions. 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
