Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking an entry-level Laborer to support underground telecom construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation. You will help install underground cabling, operate equipment, and maintain job sites with clear communication across the team.

The role requires being 18+, US work authorization, and a high school diploma or equivalent; prior tool and truck operation experience is a plus. This position emphasizes safety and weather-adaptable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
