Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Laborer on our Telecom Underground team. The role involves assisting in loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment to install underground telecommunications cabling.

You’ll work with the crew to keep sites safe and productive, with daily reporting and weather-ready performance. The position requires 18+ years of age, valid US work authorization, and a HS diploma or GED; prior tool and vehicle operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration efforts.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
