Job summary

White Mountain Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You’ll ensure safety and project timelines while coordinating activities.

You’ll read blueprints, train crew members, and communicate with property owners, with a focus on OSHA and DOT compliance and working in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
