Job summary

Star Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You’ll ensure safety protocols and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities include training crew members, reading blueprints, coordinating with property owners, and supervising day-to-day activities. We value hands-on leadership, safety culture, and a commitment to quality work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience; Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
