Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews, read blueprints, and keep projects on schedule while enforcing safety and DOT/OSHA policies.

You’ll train crew members, interact with property owners, operate and supervise use of heavy equipment, and ensure work meets weather and site conditions. This role requires strong communication and 3+ years of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
