Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC, Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, will lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines.

You’ll read blueprints, train crew members, and coordinate with supervisors while speaking with property owners about work to be performed and resolving issues. A valid driver's license and US work authorization required; 3+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• HS diploma or GED requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT safety compliance.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
