Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Greenville, SC. You will lead crews, ensure safety compliance, read blueprints, and coordinate with property owners to address issues while meeting project timelines.

You’ll also assist with training and daily supervision, and operate heavy equipment as needed in all weather conditions, following company safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Talk with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions; other duties as assigned.
