You will read blueprints, ensure OSHA and DOT safety compliance, and support daily operations with the supervisor. Strong leadership and field experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related construction/foreman experience.
• Prior foreman experience preferred, with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist training of crew members.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Discuss work with property owners and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
