Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Construction Supervisor for the Houston, TX area. You will directly supervise field crews and subcontractors, ensuring cable placement and restorations meet contract specs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will manage daily production records, inspect equipment, and participate in routine operations calls with clients to resolve issues and keep projects on track. CDL a plus and 3+ years in telecom or utility construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors in cable placement and restorations per contract.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals per company rules and standards.
• Maintain daily production sheets and reporting.
• Inspect trucks/equipment for defects.
• Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers.
• Resolve complaints and maintain positive working relationships.
