Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Telecommunications industry.
• Proven leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations to ensure construction work meets customer and industry specs.
• Provide OJT training for employees to ensure safety and productivity.
• Assign daily production and track materials for operations.
• Review daily production reports and ensure accurate billing data.
