A prominent construction firm based in San Marcos is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to oversee project execution and staff performance. The role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience in Aerial and Underground utility construction, excellent communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with OSHA requirements. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 along with several benefits such as insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in Aerial & Underground utility construction.
• Proficiency with Office programs is required.
• Valid C Drivers License is required.

Responsibilities

• Submit SOW totals for walkout projects.
• Approve all production and manage job closeouts.
• Write reports and manage employee time sheets.
• Interpret drawings and specifications.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment needs.
