Job summary

VCI Construction is looking for a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground. This role involves overseeing underground telecommunications construction with a strong emphasis on safety and project completion. Primary responsibilities include managing crews and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience in construction, excellent leadership skills, and be OSHA certified. The position offers a wage range of $75,000 to $95,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in aerial & underground utility construction.
• Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Valid C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underground telecommunications construction.
• Review and approve all production outputs.
• Perform underground telecommunications construction tasks.
