Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to oversee the company’s underground and aerial builds. You will supervise job-sites, enforce rules and policies, and interface with customers, developers, utilities and municipalities.

Lead crews and subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure deadlines with a focus on safety and quality. We value a self-starter with strong communication and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in telecommunications construction.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety policies.
• Must have a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program ensuring that job-sites follow construction rules, practices and policies.
• Be available for call outs.
• Interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities.
• Coordinate, lead and support crews, subcontractors and other interested parties.
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time.
• Uphold Corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Organize, plan, multi-task, and prioritize daily workload with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
