Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecommunication systems. You will ensure safety protocols and project timelines are met while coordinating with crews and property owners.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and adherence to OSHA/DOT safety standards, with a focus on reliable, on-schedule execution in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
