Lambert’s Cable in Kinston, NC is seeking an entry-level Operations Production role. You will support daily operations, coordinate with the Supervisor, and help oversee multiple crews to ensure productivity and quality on projects.

You’ll organize equipment, materials, and labor, verify locates and billing accuracy, and assist with safety compliance and onboarding. This entry-level position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication to support project success.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor experience required
• Knowledge of quality processes and safety programs
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Knowledge of proper installation processes
• Knowledge of DOT paperwork and driving records

Responsibilities

• Coordinates jobs with outside services and management
• Organizes equipment, material and labor to complete project in a timely manner
• Verifies accuracy of locates, materials, and billings
• Manages materials using a spreadsheet
• All other duties as assigned
