Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to lead and implement the construction program across multiple job sites. You will supervise crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, policy compliance, and on-time delivery of project milestones.

You must have 3+ years of supervisory experience in telecom, solid knowledge of industry standards, and a valid driver's license. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently and in a team in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in telecommunications.
• Working knowledge of telecom industry standards, practices, and regulations.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the company's construction program on each job site.
• Respond to call-outs as needed.
• Represent the company professionally to customers, developers, property owners, utility companies, and municipalities.
• Coordinate, lead, and provide support to crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure project schedules and deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
• Organize, plan, and prioritize daily workloads with minimal supervision.
• Establish and communicate deadlines, monitor progress, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
