Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction, is hiring an Underground Telecom Construction Supervisor for the Plant City, FL area. The role leads field crews, organizes resources, and ensures safety and quality on diverse projects.

The Supervisor will oversee prints, billing, and customer communications while guiding team performance and growth. Travel may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction leadership experience is required.
• Experience in change orders and unit price schedules.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-build prints.
• Must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Travel may be required based on project location.

Responsibilities

• Lead underground crews on projects safely and effectively.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor to meet goals.
• Update prints and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage billing processes for projects.
• Communicate job status with the customer.
• Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews.
• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of a project.
• Possibly conduct site surveys for estimates or QA.
• Evaluate teammate performance and plan for growth.
