The role requires 5+ years in underground electrical construction, strong plan-reading skills, and OSHA certifications. Proficiency with HCSS and timekeeping is a plus; a valid driver’s license and bilingual abilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of underground utility supervision experience.
• Read civil/electrical plans and specs to verify layouts and grades.
• Experience coordinating with inspectors, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety briefings and pre-task hazard assessments.
• Oversee trenching, conduit installation, and concrete operations to spec.
• Coordinate with inspectors, engineers, and clients to resolve field issues.
• Maintain materials, tools, and equipment to keep production moving.
