Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of underground utility experience, including prior supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of underground electrical installation, trench safety, and traffic control standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil and electrical plans and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews in installing underground electrical infrastructure safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Train and mentor Laborers, Operators, and Leadmen on technical skills.
