Job summary

Northern Star Pogo Mine in Alaska is seeking an experienced Underground Mine Surveyor/Survey Technician. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of geological experience, primarily in gold. The successful candidate will work on a 15 days on, 13 days off schedule, assisting with geological tasks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The miner will generate Resource and Grade Control models while maintaining strong relationships with drilling teams and contributing to operational success. Northern Star offers a competitive remuneration package, including bonuses and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years geological experience in the mining industry, predominantly in gold.
• Demonstrate ability to maintain or exceed best industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Generate Resource and Grade Control models with documentation.
• Liaise with drilling geologists to ensure mapping is scheduled.
