Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Mining Supervisor to oversee underground aggregate mining operations in the United States. You will lead daily activities, ensure safety, and drive production targets across shifts that are typically 10 to 12 hours.

This role requires blaster and mine foreman licenses, proven leadership in heavy industrial settings, and strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Blasters and Mine Foreman Licenses required.
• Experience leading teams in underground mining and heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, safety regulations, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities
