Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Mining Supervisor to oversee underground aggregate mining operations in the United States. You will lead daily activities, ensure safety, and drive production targets across shifts that are typically 10 to 12 hours.

This role requires blaster and mine foreman licenses, proven leadership in heavy industrial settings, and strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management.

Work Environment

This role is based in an underground aggregate mining operation and involves regular exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and confined spaces. The position requires hands‑on leadership presence in the field and the ability to work 10 to 12 hour shifts mostly days but may flex as needed to support operations.
