Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines seeks an Underground Predictive Maintenance Technician to monitor the health of mobile and fixed assets at the Goldrush site and report findings to the maintenance team. The role focuses on catching issues before failures and supports a safe, efficient operation in a dynamic mining environment.

You will collect data, analyze trends, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with the Underground Reliability Maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Proven safety record required.
• Excellent attendance record required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics required.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and SAP required.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize workload required.
• Five years’ mobile maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data on all types of mobile and fixed equipment using predictive maintenance technologies, including but not limited to vibration analysis, oil analysis, diesel emissions, infrared, and ultrasonic testing.
• Create and maintain databases for each predictive maintenance technology.
• Generate and distribute condition and follow-up reports to all levels of management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
