Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician to join the Reliability team in Carlin, NV. You will collect and analyze data from process equipment using predictive maintenance technologies and work under the guidance of a Reliability Maintenance Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has experience in mining and metals, a proven safety and attendance record, and familiarity with vibration, oil analysis, thermography, and other NDE methods.

Qualifications

• Proven safety record required.
• Excellent attendance record required.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and software/hardware preferred.
• Industrial maintenance skills equivalent to four years as a journeyman preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair process equipment preferred.
• Microsoft Excel and Word skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data on all types of process equipment using predictive maintenance technologies
• Perform Vibration Analysis, Oil analysis, Thermography, Ultrasonic, and additional NDE methods.
• Create and maintain databases for each technology
• Generate and distribute condition and follow up reports to all levels of management
• Perform other duties as assigned
