Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician to join the Reliability Maintenance team in Phoenix. The role involves collecting and analyzing condition-monitoring data across process equipment to detect issues before failures occur, supporting safe operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include data analysis using predictive maintenance technologies, performing vibration/oil/thermography inspections, and maintaining databases.

Qualifications

• Proven safety record required.
• Excellent attendance record required.
• Industrial maintenance skills equivalent to four (4) years as a journeyman preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of process equipment preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent CMMS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data on all types of process equipment using predictive maintenance technologies.
• Perform vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, and additional non-destructive evaluation (NDE) methods.
• Create and maintain databases for each predictive maintenance technology.
• Generate and distribute condition and follow-up reports to all levels of management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
