Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines in Battle Mountain, NV, is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician to collect and analyze data from process equipment using vibration, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasonic methods. You will maintain databases, produce condition reports, and support management with findings.

Experience with CMMS/SAP and four years of industrial maintenance preferred. Safety and attendance are essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

Proven safety record required.
Excellent attendance record required.
Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and software/hardware preferred.
Industrial maintenance skills equivalent to four years as a journeyman preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of process equipment preferred.
Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
Demonstrate ability to perform the essential function of the job required.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data on all types of process equipment using predictive maintenance technologies.
Perform Vibration Analysis, Oil analysis, Thermography, Ultrasonic, and additional NDE methods.
Create and maintain databases for each technology.
Generate and distribute condition and follow up reports to all levels of management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
