Currently, we are looking to fill positions for Underground Construction specializing in Water and Sewer. This role involves working on commercial construction sites, performing site work, dirt work, and site excavation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in excavation and underground utility/plumbing experience, specifically in areas such as sanitary storm systems, sewer/drain lines, city/township mains, and water supply lines. This position requires the ability to work in and around trenches and tight spaces, ensuring efficient and safe site operations. Knowledge of proper pitch and laying pipe, making proper connections to code requirements, being flexible and knowledgeable in material needs such as PVC, copper, cast iron, etc., and the ability to safely shore a trench are essential.
