Job summary

LE04 Warrior Met Coal BC, LLC is looking for an Outby Support teammate for our Blue Creek mine in Berry, Alabama. The position requires assisting in the extraction and transportation of coal, supporting ventilation systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous coal mining experience and a commitment to safety.

This role involves physical requirements such as standing for long periods and lifting 25 to 50 pounds frequently. We offer a generous compensation package with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous coal mining experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in an underground mining environment.
• Effective communication with other team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Follow all applicable State and Federal safety rules and guidelines.
• Clean and inspect mine areas and equipment for hazards and defects.
• Actively participate in daily safety meetings.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of mine ventilation systems and equipment.
