Hecla Mining Company is seeking a Planner - UG Mobile Maintenance to develop and maintain detailed underground maintenance schedules across multiple sites in the United States, coordinating with maintenance teams to optimize resources and ensure safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
3+ years in maintenance planning or scheduling, preferably within underground or mobile equipment environments.
Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and scheduling software.
Familiarity with safety regulations and standards applicable to underground mobile maintenance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for underground mobile equipment, ensuring alignment with operational demands and safety regulations.
Coordinate with maintenance teams, field technicians, and stakeholders to plan and execute maintenance activities efficiently.
Monitor maintenance progress and adjust plans as necessary to address issues or changes in priorities.
Analyze maintenance records and performance data to identify trends, forecast needs, and suggest process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during planning and execution of tasks.
